Commercial

Greenspace Homes has been responsible for the successful construction of over 150 first build dwellings, including high-rise apartments and has undertaken on time and on budget numerous renovations, alterations and maintenance in the Darwin, Palmerston and remote areas.

Greenspace Homes has a broad range of experience and is interested in all types of architectural projects, including one-off houses, alterations and additions, heritage listed buildings, commercial premises, corporate fit-outs and multi-residential developments.

Maintenance

Greenspace Homes offers a complete and comprehensive Building and Maintenance service.

With many years’ experience in arranging and managing maintenance works for our existing period contracts including the Darwin area Defence Housing Authority maintenance contract, servicing of body corporate complexes and real estate companies, we have developed and perfected a reliable and comprehensive maintenance service.

Renovations

Greenspace Homes only utilises quality and suitably qualified tradespeople, complete with relevant licences, insurances and the experience required in carrying out such works.

Turning tired homes into dream homes, we employ the best craftsmen as part of our Greenspace team and work closely with owners and their designers throughout the renovation process to ensure the project meets their needs and is delivered on time and within budget.
